SUP Yoga or Standup Paddleboard Yoga takes your practice to the water. With your board as your mat, you will gain strength, balance, courage, and coordination. All classes will begin with an intro to paddle boarding and offer time to paddle, slow-paced yoga, time for play, and a long, tranquil savasana gliding on the open water. No experience necessary. Boards are available for rent. All boards must have an anchor and life vest. Board registration is strongly encouraged. I will be offering 4 classes in Summer of 2022, be sure to reserve your spot!
