SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga or Standup Paddleboard Yoga takes your practice to the water.  This offering is seasonal - typically May through June - on the gorgeous Owl Creek Reservoir.  With your board as your mat, you will gain strength, balance, courage, and coordination.  All classes will begin with an introduction to paddle boarding and offer time to paddle, slow-paced yoga, time for play, and a long, tranquil Savasana gliding on the open water.  No experience necessary.  Bring your own board or rent one of ours!  All boards must have an anchor and life vest.  Board registration is strongly encouraged.   Join us on the water!
