SUP Yoga or Standup Paddleboard Yoga takes your practice to the water. With your board as your mat, you will gain strength, balance, courage, and coordination. All classes will begin with an intro to paddle boarding and offer time to paddle, yoga, time for play, and a long, tranquil savasana gliding on the open water. No experience necessary. Boards are available for rent. All boards must have an anchor and life vest. Board registration is strongly encouraged. Classes are offered seasonally through Labor Day. I'll see you on the water!
