SEAS OF COMPASSION YOGA
There is a place of peace and tranquility within all of us lying beneath our daily routines and commitments. There is a blissful voice within everyone hoping for a moment of silence in order to be heard. It is here at Seas of Compassion Yoga that you will be able to seek and find your calm and authenticity. When life feels too busy and schedules seem to be crammed with obligation, that is our inner signal to slow down. I have taken careful time to create a placid sanctuary to offer a space for ease of mind and balance of the senses. It is my hope that every student that walks through the door feels a sense of welcome and ease where you are free to explore your strengths and vulnerabilities. Yoga teaches us so much about ourselves as we practice, so it is incredibly important to me that everyone feels entirely at home as we grow together and take time for ourselves. Seas of Compassion Yoga is a place for relaxation, rejuvenation, self-care, encouragement, empowerment, and building up. I hope that you’ll find joy in your practice and peace in your life as you practice with us. And as you grow, it’s my dearest wish that you share your love and light with the world around you.
